A single-phase 40ft refurbished refrigerated container medium temp — also called a 40-foot high cube refrigerated container or reefer — is a restored, high-capacity temperature-controlled storage unit for sale designed for chilled and cool storage on standard 220V single-phase power. The high cube profile adds an extra foot of interior height for taller inventory and improved airflow.
What is medium-temperature single-phase refrigeration? The cargo-worthy container shell is fully inspected and refurbished, then equipped with a new refrigeration system rated for +14°F to +50°F. It works for chilled storage applications where freezing is not required and three-phase power is not available.
Ideal for produce, beverages, floral inventory, dairy, prepared foods, pharmaceuticals, events, farms, and warehouse overflow where large-volume chilled storage must run on practical site power.
